2019, Fitz, owner of HonkyTonk Wine Library, Plymouth, approached Artisan Distilling Company to create a bespoke Spiced Rum.
With his team, they spent a day with us for recipe development; making many different rums, and of course, sampling them.
The selection of rum was available to be taken away with Fitz for further market testing, and a few tweaks later and Honky Tonk Rum was born.
Now in ongoing production since 2020, this Rum has become a popular choice for old rum lovers and those new to the spirit.
Our bespoke rum making service allows you to create a truly one of a kind product. From selecting the finest raw ingredients to crafting a unique blend of flavors, you’ll work closely with our team of expert distillers.

THE UK’S ONLY MOBILE STILL
Our mobile still is the only one in the UK and we can come to you! So if you have an event or if you want to create one around the launch of your rum we can come to you and make the rum on your doorstep. Now that really is one of a kind!
